The learning experiences that I design and develop draw on skills and processes from these areas:
- Consulting, as I collaborative processes to work with clients and stakeholders to determine and articulate the learning needs
- Needs analysis, as I design and implement needs assessments to determine baselines and development gaps and opportunities
- Instructional design, as I design and develop learning experiences for technical training, compliance training, culture and communication strategies, and instructor professional development.
- Evaluation, as I design assessments and frameworks to gather data about the reality of the learning in order to improve performance results.
